Another FAQ video! In this episode, Dr. Murray explains how potential patients get their journey through plastic surgery started.
The first step towards getting a procedure is a consultation, done by phone to a Western Surgery center or over the website. Consultation is usually with one of the plastic surgeons who works here, and lasts about 20 to 30 minutes depending on what the problems are.
During that time, you’ll have the problems reviewed, be examined, and really have a very thorough discussion about the surgical plan that’s customized for you to get the optimal results.
The waiting period for a consultation is variable. There’s usually a plastic surgeon at the facility almost every day of the week, and we would try to accommodate you as quickly as possible to meet your timetable.
